Our Dureco floor combines two polar opposites. On the one hand, it is made almost entirely of wood. On the other hand, it repels water very consistently.
Dureco does not contain plastic. It consists mainly of natural and sustainable materials. The core is made of wood fibers.

This is a combination of various performance elements, which together form a composite material to provide effective protection. With our SEAL technology, we "seal" the floor through the interaction of different technologies. We thus prevent moisture from entering the interior of the floor. The most important element is the extremely dense baseboard. The denser a material is, the less water it absorbs. With our ExtremeDense technology, we have developed a wood-based carrier that resists moisture for up to 24 hours. Thus we prevent swelling and the appearance of the floor remains unaffected.

SmartConnectPro is the fast and secure click connection for a permanently beautiful floor. The special design of the profile reduces the penetration of liquids and provides additional protection against moisture.
2. ExtremeDense
ExtremeDense is the name of the technology behind the extremely high density wood-based baseboard – the heart of dureco flooring. The wood fibers are pressed together so tightly that they provide maximum protection against moisture penetration.
3. AllroundSafe
AlroundSafe protects each individual board with a special new edge sealing formula to stop moisture on the surface and chamfers before it can penetrate the interior of the floor.
4. LongLifeSurface
LongLifeSurface is the protective layer applied to the floor surface in several steps. The floor surface gains its strength and water resistance from the addition of corundum, a natural mineral from the same family as sapphire.
Plastic Free
Dureco is almost entirely made of wood and other organic materials. Each layer of the product structure contains healthy and sustainable ingredients.
The healthy centerpiece of the floor is its compressed wood fiber board. This is stabilized on the underside with a stabilizing layer also made of wood fibers. The Dureco floor surface consists of resin, in which we mix the natural mineral corundum.
Dureco makes a sustainable contribution to a better carbon footprint in the same way as engineered wood floors from natural wood. One cubic meter of wood stores one ton of CO². This helps reduce CO² levels in our atmosphere. Some of the wood in the baseboards comes from storm-damaged trees. So they are used properly and continue to store CO².

1. Top layer
We seal the surface with high quality resin, in which we bind the natural mineral corundum.
2. Design level
The design carrier is made of natural wood fibers, as is the base board.
3. Baseboard
The baseboard is the healthy center piece of the floor. We manufacture them from extremely dense wood fibers.
4. Support layer
We even make the wood pulp stabilization layer.
